User Agreement

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would send disputes elsewhere.

Any court proceedings shall be brought in competent courts located in Bangkok, unless a mandatory consumer protection rule in your jurisdiction requires a different venue for individuals exercising non-waivable rights.

If a provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted.

Rebound Cart Lab retains ownership of curricula, templates, recordings, and documentation made available through netwebhub.digital and related programs.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use materials for internal business learning within the organization that purchased access. Redistribution, resale, or public reposting of materials is not permitted without written consent.

Feedback you provide may be used to improve services without obligation to compensate you, except where prohibited by applicable law.

We may suspend access for security issues, suspected abuse, or non-payment where payment terms apply to optional add-ons.

You may stop using the services at any time. Certain provisions that by their nature should survive—such as liability limits where permitted—will survive termination.

Upon termination, you should delete confidential handouts you no longer have rights to retain, unless law requires retention for a defined period.

Rebound Cart Lab provides educational training, templates, and coaching related to e-commerce retargeting practices. Deliverables are informational and do not constitute legal, tax, or financial advice.

We do not operate your ad accounts, guarantee advertising outcomes, or act as a payment processor for third-party goods.

Schedules, instructors, and formats may change with reasonable notice when operational needs require adjustments.

By accessing the site, purchasing training, or submitting forms, you confirm you have authority to bind your organization where relevant.

If you are under the age required to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction, you may not use the services without verifiable guardian consent where such consent is required.

Continued use after updates to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms for new activity after the effective date, subject to mandatory local rights.

To the extent permitted by Thai law and other applicable laws that cannot be waived for consumers, Rebound Cart Lab is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site or training materials.

Aggregate liability for direct damages arising out of any single claim is limited to the amount you paid to us for the specific program giving rise to the claim during the twelve months before the event, except where prohibited.

We do not warrant that examples will match your catalog, policy environment, or platform UI at all times because advertising products change frequently.

You agree not to misuse the site, harass staff or other participants, scrape content in bulk, or attempt to bypass access controls.

You are responsible for compliance with advertising platform policies, privacy laws, and consumer protection rules applicable to your campaigns.

You must provide accurate billing and contact details where purchases occur and keep credentials secure if any portal access is granted.
